I have been with Stacy for years, and for years they continued to service my ancient HVAC system in an effort to keep it alive and running for me, truly. I am a single mom, and while their techs walked me through the benefits of a new system when they would come out for maintenance checks, they heard me when I said that I could not afford one, and always made mine work, somehow. My service call last month differed from the others, in that the sheer age and deterioration of my furnace and AC units could not be ignored any longer- though I should point out that the most affordable options to keep it alive were presented to me at the time. I ultimately decided it was time to replace the entire system, and Kayla walked me through multiple financing options with incredible professionalism and patience until I landed on one that would work for me. Spending this much money can be anxiety-provoking for the best of folks, and Kayla was considerate and kind from start to finish. Scheduling the install was equally easy, with Kayla going so far as to schedule my job around other unplanned work that was also happening at my home. I also mentioned on one of our calls that my son has respiratory issues. She remembered this without me needing to mention again, and made ours the first appointment of the day for her team. Dave and Tyler showed up on the day of the install 10 minutes early, broke ever so briefly for lunch, and put in an honest 8+ hour day when all was said and done. So a couple things worth noting here. We are all tired. The people I dealt with at Stacy have been working through the pandemic. Kayla, Dave, and Tyler would be well within their own right to be fatigued in their professional roles, apprehensive about coming into people’s homes; to say nothing of the fact that they are often on the other side of a very expensive and emotional decision people need to make when it comes to their homes. And YET. Each one of them was kind and gracious, and made this entire experience a positive one. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m confident that the new system I have in place is exactly what we need, and that should I need anything else moving forward, Stacy is only a phone call away. I'd finally had enough after our last bill. I called around and had four different companies come look at our current hvac system to see what it would take to replace it. My initial gut reaction was to go with Stacy. I just felt they were being the most honest about what we needed and actually took the time to tell me what was going on with our current system, (when they probably didn't really need to diagnosis it). The owner even stopped by on the day of the install to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great Company! Great Customer Service! I highly recommend them and already have to a few friends who are in the same boat.
